How Sound is the eponymously named debut from How Sound. Listeners will be immersed into a selection of composed originals that encompass everything from downbeat tempos to energetic dance tracks – all with a sophisticated jazz, world music sensibility.
“The key concept of the recording process was to allow all musicians free reign. The idea was, within the scope of each track, to have improvisation-based recording sessions. I let each artist know where they sit in the track, and let them play what came naturally to them during playback.”
